Responsibilities: I was in charge of reshaping an existing bear sculpt and re-sculpting the face.
Directed by Andres Eguiguren, the film features two full CGI photo-real bears which The Mill's VFX team meticulously crafted to achieve a real-life look and feel. Eguiguren comments "In a spot with bears in a residential setting, the main challenge is to make it believable. It is especially satisfying to bring across performance and emotions through a full CG character."
Working directly with Leo Burnett Toronto, The Mill's team wanted to present the client with a clear visualization of the bears so the whole team could have an overt understanding of what the team was achieving and what the goal was at all times.
